FR4 is made from Glass-Fibre-Fabric and a temperature-resistant Resin, It has high mechanic and dielectric performance, and applicable as insulation structural components for electromechanical/electrical equipment, as well as used under damp environmental conditions and transformer oil .
FR4 mainly is used as a high-quality insulation material in the mould industry. The material is flame retardant.
